net_neutrality

Definition: The idea of binding Internet service providers (ISP) by law to allow equal access to all applications, sites, and sharing while on their service.1) In other words, ISPs would be able to control the amount and flow of bandwidth going through their service if net neutrality was not preventing them from doing so.
